Hello,

Allow me to introduce myself: Will V. Bourgeois.

I felt a deep affinity with Somatic Experiencing in 2018, from my first encounter with a somatic therapist. At that time, my life had been turned upside down in the space of a few months by tragic events that marked the beginning of a personal journey of healing and transformation. Somatic practices enabled me to explore my inner depths, discovering the resources I needed to undertake this delicate work, while opening the doors to a new direction in my life: that of the therapeutic path.

Five years later, I am beginning my professional coaching practice as a somatic coach, having completed my Mind-
Body Coaching training and being halfway through my Somatic Experiencing studies. Prior to this, my training in psycho-social intervention enabled me to consolidate what I learned during over a decade of organizing and providing care in a community context. Indeed, I've spent most of my active life involved in collectives fighting for social justice, particularly in solidarity with indigenous sovereignty and in contexts of transformative justice and conflict healing. For many years now, I have been cultivating a holistic approach that integrates individual well-being with a collective and social vision of healing. My aim is to accompany each person and each group I work with on a journey of profound and lasting transformation.

Since 2020, I've been regularly practicing various forms of meditation as well as qi gong, a meditative body discipline rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am currently training to become a qi gong instructor, which enables me to enrich my somatic work with an understanding of the body based on this form of therapeutic gymnastics.

I am honored to be able to support my clients as partners in exploration, in their journey of healing and self-realization, using an approach that combines therapeutic care and collective liberation.
